  28. if it really does 70Hz then it has a timer-emulate-vblank-interrupt hack
  29. (don't think so) or does busywait for the vbl bit, i.e cpu locked up
  30. with testing a bit, even worse than scroll by moving data.

  38. The hp workstation (whoa!) I use right now not only jerks
  39. but also rastersplits. I does virtualscreen with blitter,
  40. and I guess most (all ?) X drivers do so ;)
